Farmers’ Market 2011 – Time to Buy Fresh, Buy Local!

The Davis County Farmers’ Market will start May 21st and run through October 15th.  The Market is held on the North side of the Courthouse lawn.

As previously, on Saturdays the Market will be open 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and Tuesdays 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  WIC, Senior Citizens checks, and the new food vouchers will be accepted by several vendors during both Saturday and Tuesday markets.  There must be at least three certified vendors at each market to be able to accept these checks.

Anyone interested in participating as a vendor at the Market, you may find registration forms, along with rules and regulations at the Main Street office (101 E. Franklin), or call Patsy Boas at 641-459-3387 for more information.  There are already vendors pre-registered for 2011, but we have room for more!
