In 2022 while the Promotion Committee planned events we found there was a gap. There was a need for a way to get local businesses involved during the main events that Main Street holds each year. At the beginning of 2023 the Shop Main Street Committee was formed. This committee has met monthly, even more frequently at times to help organize different shop local initiatives. The committee recently came up with Super Saturdays and Hairy Nation Days Business Bingo for events in the next few months!
